Welcome to Mystic Mountain
The fall of 1993 saw the Snow family move to the welcoming community of ‘Oso’, which is located just outside of Arlington, WA. Their move from a log cabin in Gold Bar to a turn-of-the-century ‘dairy’ farm was a dream come true—over time they worked together to utilize the beauty of what mother nature had to offer all around. Nestled in the Oso valley, surrounded by Wheeler Mountain, Three Fingers, and Mount Higgins—you couldn’t ask for a prettier view!
While they were restoring the farm, a visiting family friend viewed the breath-taking mountains and exclaimed, “This is magical.” With a little tweaking of the name, Mystic Mountain was born!
Mystic Mountain Bed ’n Breakfast
Mystic Mountain Bed and Breakfast is in the restored 1922 Dairy Barn, which offers two private rooms and an open shared living space and shared full bath. The country themed living room offers a pellet stove for warmth, comfortable seating, a television to watch movies and the ambiance of the old west.
Outdoors, as you look to the south, you will see the North Fork of the Stilliguamish River. A fly-fishermen’s dream! When you arrive, you will be shown to your room to relax or maybe go for a walk on the 21-acre farm, visit the animals, or check out the Gift Shop and Nursery.
The ‘Old English’ room is lovely, with a king-size bed and your own fireplace with touches of the past adorned throughout the room, including your own antique amoire. You will be treated like a Royal when you stay here.
The “Old Country’ room is as inviting as a memory from your childhood dreams. Two three-quarter beds covered with hand made quilts will surely give you a feel of old-fashioned comfort. This room also has its own fireplace and amoire to truly make you feel at home and relaxed.
Cost for two guests: $135 + tax for Continental Breakfast or $145 + tax with Full Breakfast. A Full or Continental Breakfast will be served at the dining room table. Coffee/Tea is available anytime during your stay. Breakfast is served up to 10:00am.
